A Special Thanks From Me :)I would like to give a special thanks to so many people that helped me complete My Master's Degree Journey. I am very aware that I am not an island. And most of the good things I have done in my life was because someone was behind me encouraging and pushing me along the way. So, I felt it was appropriate to say a special thanks to them. To Dr. Forman~ Thanks for being one of my mentors. Your encouragement and support throughout my program has made all the difference. You are so enthusiastic about technology and instruction and your spunk just bleeds into your students. You made class a lot of fun and I always learned a lot. Many times when I went to class & I thought I knew it all about the program and you always taught me things I did not know! Also, I never told you this but thanks for starting class off in prayer. You are a devoted Christian but everyone that knows you understands that even without you public praying because of who you are. Thanks for being that kind of guy. Thanks for all you do at Georgetown and for me! To Dr. Peach~ The first time I heard about you it was from a fellow student that had previously taken your class who told me "We'll let's just say she gets real excited about Technology. I bet you would like her class." Well, he really hit the nail on the head. People always said I was excited about technology but you make me look really unenthusiastic. :) And he said I would like you and he was oh so right. Thank you for all you do for me. All the job advice with constant emails that you replied to even when you did not have the time. You go beyond being a professor to me. You know I look up to you and I know I make that obvious. You may not remember when Amy and Carrie from Advanced Web Design Class called me " Little Peach." I do and to me that title was ultimate compliment. I hope to be just half the educator you are in instruction and technology someday. To The Rude Crew (Lynn, Laurie & Melodye)~ Thanks for all the Laughs and all the help with FAM and other life issues. The 45 minutes to Georgetown and back home was some of the best times of my life. Also, without it I would have never gotten through a lot of my classes with you guys especially Statistics and your math lessons in the backseat going home. You are lifesavers! You all are great friends and I am grateful that God led me to all of you. To Amy~ Thanks for being a Technology Goddess to me. Your technology help has helped me on several occasions. And your recent career advice helped me get through one of the biggest decisions I ever made! And the technology classes we had together were the best. They were more fun especially when we worked on George and Dr. Elliot! Thanks for being my friend. And know that God led me to you and I plan on being friends with you for a lifetime. Just another great thing Georgetown introduced me to. To Donna~ Thanks for your friendship. Thanks for putting up with me in class when I was stressed out with classes and writing portfolios .I know I drove you crazy but thanks. Also, thanks for your editing skills. Your skills fixed a lot of messed up sentences! And please do not proofread this note. Thanks for being a supportive friend. Also, thanks for the ride to the ER! :) To Tommy~ Isn't it amazing you are last? Just as it was most of the time while I worked on my graduate work and tried to find a job! I apologize you seemed to come after projects, kids at school and other family. Know you are never last in my heart even when my actions do not show it. Thanks for all your tech help. Helping me stream video and figuring out annoying tables and other technical difficulties. Also, thanks for being my editor and the person that doubled checked things even when I procrastinated and was working way up in the morning. You take that for better or worse seriously, don't you? I love you! Thank you all for pushing me on this journey. It took you all to make it and I will never forget it. In His Love~, Steph Sorrell
